The timers should display on the product page under the 'Add to cart' button. Many themes have unique setups for the product page so it's hard to have 100% compatibility.

If the timer does not display on your product page, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Make sure a timer is enabled on the product 


Click on the Product settings button in the top menu


Make sure the timer is enabled next to the product. If you see 'Disabled' click on the 'Activate' button to set up a timer.



Step 2: Manually add the timer code


Our timer is compatible with most Shopify themes, but at times we do encounter issues. Conflicts can also happen with the code from other apps you have installed on your store.

To manually add the timer,  find your product template file which is usually located at Online store > Themes > Edit code > Sections > product-template.liquid.




Next, place the following code just below your 'Add to cart' button code:  <div id="timer-plus-display"></div>

You can place our code just after the </form> code in most templates.
